Educational Requirements:
∎ Masters in Social Science, Business Administration, Finance or any other relevant field.

Experience Requirements:
∎ 7 to 8 year(s)

Additional Requirements:
∎ 7 to 8 years' experience in the areas of procurement in INGO/NGO.
∎ Should have sufficient knowledge on GoB policy relevant to CARE BD operations as it applies to Procurement and align those with organizational procurement policy.
∎ Should have experience to handle donors' requirements to procure goods for project implementation.
∎ Maintain procurement vendor list and update the list time to time.
∎ Should have experience to manage procurement team.
∎ Strong skills & ability in building team in the Procurement Section and teams in other units such as PLT and PST etc.
∎ Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
∎ Good understanding of MS Office applications.
