( Wet process on Dyeing)Experience on Process Audit of Dyeing .In dyeing one process to another process audit must .Time to Time fabric load and Unload time counts and do Audit Reprocess need more need to check Fabric shed match timely or not and how many times reprocess do and why ? Need audit and delay reason generate to management. Wet fabric minimum time release Back log release in time . Auditor need to check all process .

∎ After order place to Merchandiser then order go to Knit and then Dyeing department .
∎ Audit on Process of Dyeing . ( Audit on - Recipe use on lab , RFT Check , Water cons , Reprocess , Rematch , Wash etc )
∎ Chemical cost investigate
∎ Dyeing related full details .
∎ After order place to Merchandiser then order go to Knit and then Dyeing department .
