Education:

• Masters of any discipline university

• Age 24 to 30 years

• Proficiency in computer operations to perform office activities,

• Proficiency in software operations in the implementation of underwriting activities,

Skill & Expertise

• Essential technical skills include basic IT proficiency (MS Office, MS Excel, and Google Workspace), digital literacy, and field-specific software.

• Written fluently Bangla and English.

• Strong Communication Skill.

• Team Work and Collaboration

• Time Management and Organization.

• Presentation of insurance to the insured for sale;

• Risk management in the implementation of insurance activities by an insurance worker

• How an insurance worker makes decisions while selling insurance plans,

• Things to be essential while determining premium rates,

• Analysis of the terms and conditions of various insurance policies to the customer,

• Official internal and external compliance,

• Communication and service with colleagues, insureds, appropriate authorities;

• Adjustment of premium rates with risk conditions and preparation of insurance policies,

• Proper preservation of insurance documents, registers, records;

• Providing advice and guidance on underwriting as per the needs of the branches,

• Correspondence with the policyholders regarding insurance, risk management, policy terms,

• Provident Fund.
