Educational Requirements:
∎ BSc./ MSc. in any discipline from any Public University or any renowned Private University.

Experience Requirements:
∎ 1 to 2 year(s)
∎ Freshers are also encouraged to apply.

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Supervise the production and Evaluate work output.
∎ Ensure daily production target as per planning.
∎ Follow-up the priorities of production order for smooth production process.
∎ Update daily production report as per work order.
∎ Identify production related problem, low efficiency areas and wastage & suggest for necessary resolution.
∎ Assist in identifying efficiency & utilization of manpower and machine.
∎ Assist in finding individual capacity, capability, efficiency & analyze related reports & adding valuable feedback.
∎ Assist in analyzing daily work in progress (WIP) and comparing with planned efficiency.
∎ Check pilot run & identify the critical areas.
∎ Help set policies.
∎ Work with other managers to plan and direct the Production process of the organization.
∎ Identify trends and recommends proactive or remedial action to manage Production situations.
∎ Any other job assigned by the Management.
∎ To ensure that the quality management system conforms to the requirements of International Standard.
∎ To ensure the promotion of customer focus throughout the organization.
∎ To ensure that the integrity of the quality management system is maintained when changes to the quality management system are planned and implemented.
∎ Any task assigned by the Management.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 24 to 32 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Should be eligible to work under pressure and in challenging environment.
∎ Should be a good team member.

Salary: Negotiable
