Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelor degree in Finance/Economics/Marketing, or BBA/MBA with major in Finance/Marketing from any public or top-ranking private university
Job Responsibilities:
∎ The successful applicant (Finance/Economics) is expected to:
∎ Maintain database for Knowledge Management Department.
∎ Prepare reports on listed and non-listed companies.
∎ Provide inputs to periodic publications.
∎ Have ideas on technical analysis and dynamics of economic indicators.
∎ Prepare daily & weekly newsletter and monthly macro reports.
∎ The successful applicant (Marketing) is expected to:
∎ Implement marketing strategy to promote mutual funds.
∎ Maintain liaison with existing and prospective investors.
∎ Provide advisory service to small and micro savers.
∎ Run marketing campaigns with innovative contents (Bangla & English)/infographics.
∎ Conduct different field-oriented awareness briefings/campaigns.
∎ Have to complete multidisciplinary assignments in coordination with other departments.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Strong analytical ability
∎ Excellent writing and interpersonal skill
∎ Hands-on exposure in IT especially in MS Excel will be required
∎ Fresh graduates with passion for capital market are encouraged to apply
Salary:
∎ After successful completion of 18 months` probationary period, which may be reduced on performance evaluation, the candidates shall be inducted as permanent employees of the organization. We are an equal opportunity employer.
