∎ Masters/MBA/BBA with major in Finance/Marketing from any public or top-ranking private university
Experience Requirements:
∎ 3 to 5 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ The successful applicant (Finance) is expected to:
∎ Prepare reports for investment/divestment decision with fundamental and relative value of listed and non-listed securities.
∎ Prepare reports on Fiscal and Monetary Policy.
∎ Forecast price of listed securities through technical analysis.
∎ Track market movements and provide updates to the Knowledge Management Department.
∎ Maintain strong network with industry stakeholders.
∎ Monitor and supervise team members.
∎ The successful applicant (Marketing) is expected to:
∎ Formulate, implement and review marketing strategy to promote mutual funds.
∎ Maintain liaison with existing and prospective investors in coordination with the Relationship Management Department.
∎ Provide advisory service to small and micro savers.
∎ Analyze investment inflows and plan for improvement.
∎ Run marketing campaigns with innovative contents (Bangla & English)/infographics.
∎ Conduct different field-oriented awareness briefings/campaigns.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Strong analytical ability
∎ Excellent writing and interpersonal skill
∎ Hands-on exposure in IT will be mandatory
∎ Candidates with any professional certification will have an edge
∎ Working experience of 3-5 years in relevant fields
Salary:
∎ After successful completion of 12 months, the candidates shall be inducted as permanent employees of the organization. We are an equal opportunity employer.
