Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelor in Engineering (BEngg)
∎ B.Sc. in Engineering with 5 years of experience in Institute of Management or Diploma in Engineering with 7 Years' Experience in Institute Management Level.
∎ CBT&A certified applicants will be given preference.

Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 5 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Establish necessary partnerships and collaborations with appropriate academic/technical institutions, government, industry/enterprises/private sector agencies, national & international accreditation agencies etc. for relevant assessment, certification and accreditation.
∎ Develop strategies and mechanisms for aligning MAIT, its business processes and services with technological advancements of markets both at home and abroad.
∎ Preparing centre operation plans and other institutional activities.
∎ Ensuring adequate training facilities and marketing for learners' enrolment.
∎ To ensure high quality teaching- learning and better academic result through effective supervision and monitoring.
∎ To monitor and ensure the student centric teaching-learning process.
∎ Take lead in organizing, planning, monitoring and programme administration and management.
∎ Prepare necessary reports proposals, business plans, concept notes, progress reports etc. and submit to the concern.
∎ Ensure delivery of results maintaining excellent quality under high pressure and tight deadlines.
∎ Effective communication needs to be maintained and necessary information is provided to prospective students, guardians and stakeholders as needed.
∎ Ensure that all training packages include theoretical courses, practical courses and industrial attachments, Competency Based Training, Competency Based Assessment are properly conducted or not and whether learners are availing decent work culture.
∎ To recruit, manage, supervise and ensure quality of service delivery of necessary human resources including teachers, resource persons, technical experts, instructors, trainers, assessors and other staff as per MABFO staff Manual.
∎ Maintain effective communication to keep the staff, students, and parents properly informed.
∎ Provide necessary leadership, mentoring, coaching, supervising, and manage the staff and students.
∎ Follow the safeguarding reporting procedure in case any reportable incident takes place and encourage others to do so.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 30 to 45 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Minimum 5 years of relevant work experience in similar position with development organization.
∎ Experience in development cooperation with donor agencies and I/NGOs is an added advantage.
∎ Has a good network among national TVET actors i.e. district level BMET representative, I/NGOs and training institutes.
∎ Good knowledge of different training methodologies including competency based training, assessment (formative, summative) and development of standards, curriculum and TLM.
∎ Excellent working knowledge of computer applications like MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook, Power Point).
∎ Must have strong communication and presentation skills and the ability to be an effective and credible voice internally and externally when presenting findings.
∎ Solution driven, smart, approachable and possesses ability to work with people from different backgrounds.
∎ Must have skill of multitasking.
∎ Fluent in written and spoken English and Bangla.
∎ Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
∎ Excellent analytical, problem solving skills, with the willingness to deal with problems as they arise.
∎ Ability to work with minimal supervision and manage complexities.

Salary: Tk. 35000 - 40000 (Monthly)
