Responsibilities & Context:
Has thorough knowledge of the shift operations in aluminium extrusion department
Manages the shift production and operates the relevant machine effectively and efficiently.
Lead the shift team, train and transfer the information given by Planning team, general foreman, supervisor and other shift foremen.
Should be a good team player and safe worker.
Produce as per the Plan and achieve the shift KPI’s
Ensure the production is done and recorded rightly in the ERP/MIS systems.
Request and ensure the operation of the machine safely with maximum Up time.
