Job Context: As a Pre-sales Engineer, you will play a critical role in the sales process, bridging the gap between technical expertise and customer needs. This role involves understanding customer requirements, presenting technical solutions, and demonstrating how products or services can meet those needs. your secondary duties include resolving Technical issues, troubleshooting customer technical problems, performing root cause analyses, developing verification scripts, and managing data migrations and third-party integrations.

Job Responsibility:

• Technical Expertise: Develop an in-depth understanding of the company's products or services and stay up-to-date with industry trends and technologies.
• Customer Engagement: Engage with potential clients to assess their technical requirements and business challenges.
• Technical Support: Provide pre-sales technical support, answering customer inquiries, and addressing concerns about product functionality and compatibility.
• Technical Documentation: Prepare and maintain technical documentation, including proposals, case studies, and technical specifications.
• Pre- and Post-Sales support for products including design, technical advice, and point of contact
• Prepare project proposal & quotation.
• Sales presentations.
• Demonstration and Proof of Concept.
• To provide product training, consultancy service and technical advice to resellers and end users.
• Technical issues evaluation.
• Offer consultancy to sales team and product teams to assist in tender/ projects.
