Job Context:
∎ We are one of the largest groups of Companies looking for a Factory/Production InCharge who will be overall responsible for the pre-fab steel factory production and factory works.
∎ Candidates must have hands-on experience working in pre-fab steel factories/production.
∎ Those who are not experienced in pre-fab steel factory production need not apply.
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Achieve Production Target By Implementing New Idea And Processes.
∎ Increase Production Capacity By Innovating.
∎ Project Management And Client Handling.
∎ Draw And Implement Production Schedule.
∎ Optimize Manpower At Its Highest Level.
∎ Maintain Schedule Delivery As Required.
∎ Reduce Production Cost By Calculating Scrape, Wastage, Man hour Costing.
∎ Observe Smooth Machinery Operation And Ensure Machine Safety.
∎ Maintain Schedule For Machine Maintenance.
∎ Ensure HSE, Reduce LTI.
∎ Report To The AGM(Production) Of The Factory.
