Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Alegeus Monitor Responsibilities: Conduct daily oversight over Alegues Monitor to ensure all participant account balances are correct. This includes:Daily review of primary Alegeus Monitor tabs.Identifying discrepancies of all tabs on the Settlements page and Reconciliations tab. Analysis of recurring error patterns to facilitate investigative measures. Importing weekly files to update debit participants debit card statuses.
∎ Discrepancy Resolution many of the errors require detailed analytical processes in order to resolve. These resolution methods include: Updates to participant accounts in Alegeus/FlexMan.Updates to the database. Updating company information in Alegeus (plan level, company level, etc.). Manual addition of new record files. Writing manual MBI files in Alegeus template.
∎ Training Requirements for Position: Proficiency in WealthCare Admin (Alegeus site). Utilizing Algeues Monitor for data import tasks related to Alegeus operations. FlexMan application management. Comprehensive knowledge of CDH Benefits. 834 error report responsibilities: Collecting the reports from the various sources (i.e., carrier SFTP sites, secure portals, and our shared email inbox)
