Educational Requirements:
∎ University degree in veterinary, poultry science /management, animal science
Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 5 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Technical input towards Project Location, Factory infrastructural development, Inter Building distance, Construction of chicken housing, and procurement of equipment.
∎ Preparation of the project profile with project cost analysis.
∎ Brief manual on the Products and the Production Lines.
∎ Supervision of the total factory set up from the beginning to production and ensure the machine quality.
∎ Provision of selection of the right manpower and their hygiene & safety training.
∎ Assessment report on current state of business and equipment specification
∎ Technical input on operational management and expansion of a poultry farm
∎ Best practice guidance on managing a poultry farm
Additional Requirements:
∎ Minimum of 5-year experience in poultry farming/ production.
∎ Knowledge and experience on poultry management
∎ Experience with project development and management, and managing to deadlines
Salary: Negotiable
