Responsibilities & Context:

We are looking for a young, dynamic, and energetic Manager (Sales & Marketing) who has experience in the Share Ownership Hotel & Resort business, Real Estate/ Land Development Industry.

Corporate sales planning and implementation

Able to communicate with wide network of different professionals / businessmen and look for prospective customers

To look after customer quarries with satisfaction and relationship develop.

Be able to maintain good atmosphere in the office and with other marketing personals. Any other task assigned by Management.

Additional Requirements

This candidate should have at least 6 years of proven experience in Property Marketing, obtaining leads for the sales team to pursue and constantly find ways to innovate and integrate said innovations into the company.

Highly Preference to sales experience on Share ownership of Hotel and Resorts.

Or, extremely knowledgeable on Land/ Real Estate, Hotel, Resorts business and present market scenario.

Have the experience to forecast sales, revenue, and budget with proper planning & execution

Ability to take challenge to achieve the sales target & Capable to close the business deal

Should have positive mindset to achieve target monthly, quarterly & yearly strategic marketing plan.

Must have self-motivated and dynamic.

Detail outdoor visit plan for meeting with Right TG.

Handling every customer efficiently as a consultant.
