The ideal candidate has to have:

Minimum 5 years experience in Revit modeling on the point cloud, specific to architecture and/or civil engineering;

AutoCAD knowledge, mid-level;

English language, professional level;

It is an advantage if studies in architecture and/or civil engineering;

Exceptional communication and teamwork skills.

We are looking for a candidate, a specialist in Revit & AutoCAD, who can help us make our best digital projects in point cloud modeling.

Main responsibilities:

Ensures the quality of all Revit projects modeled on point cloud according to the Clients’ expectations, respecting the delivery deadlines.

Ensures technical support to all 3D members of the Revit team, so that the company has no delays in the delivery of the projects/parts of the projects, caused by the lack of technical support;

Ensures technical training for all 3D members, according to the annual individual training plan;

Improves constantly all internal work processes and procedures on 3D modeling and if there are no processes or procedures, he creates them;

Guarantees the correctness of the time estimations for the projects’ handover: the estimations are being made together with the 3D team members and the Project Manager;

Makes 3D models in Revit and AutoCAD, on point cloud modeling, according to the internal procedures and the Client’s demands. He knows how to: introduce the point cloud in Revit or AutoCAD, process the point cloud, extract data, section the point cloud, draw 2D plans over the sections through the point cloud, add the marking, add the graphical representation to the building’s elements, add the surfaces measurements, the indoor destination marking, the benchmarks, and the bulwark quotations, etc., creating the family objects for the doors, windows, decoration objects, to place/draw the conducts or any other installations (if needed) using the family objects from the Revit library, etc.

Your performance evaluation includes the degree to which the quality standard of the 3D models is respected, the deadline transmitted, and the team’s global satisfaction level (the 3D team for which you will offer technical support and/or training).
