Educational Requirements:
∎ Diploma in Engineering
∎ Diploma in Mechanical/ Civil Engineering.
∎ Only Public Polytechnic Institute.
∎ Skills Required: Plumbing works at Construction site.
Experience Requirements:
∎ 8 to 10 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Face and handle every Plumbing & Welding related issue efficiently, courteously and professionally.
∎ Communication with the construction team for drawing problems, design change, engineering change notice etc. Implementing the feedback results, making the project payment ledger and other engineering materials;
∎ Other tasks assigned by the managements.
∎ Installation, commission, operation and maintenance of plumbing equipment's, maintenance and carries out all general repair works as assigned.
∎ Provide requisitions for necessary supplies and equipment to perform assigned work and ensure efficiently utilization of all the supplies.
∎ Promptly reports problems and the professional completion of assigned work to the supervisor.
∎ Reports hazardous practices or conditions to the supervisor immediately and suggest corrective actions as appropriate.
∎ Perform daily checks on Plumbing covered areas and maintains work areas neat, clean and safe condition at all times.
∎ Implementation of knowledge and experience on Construction, Arc, Gas and Braze Welding.
∎ Recommends changes in procedures or suggest new procedures to minimize safety problems, guest inconvenience and operating expenses.
∎ Installation, Test, troubleshoots and perform basic repair on all types of equipment.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Only third genders are allowed to apply
∎ Those ready to join immediately or with short notice will get preference.
∎ Minimum 7 years in similar position with proven track record in renowned real estate, Automobile, Manufacturing (Light Engineering & Heavy Industry) companies.
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Plumbing Engineering , Project Management/coordinator, Building Construction, Automobile, Manufacturing (Light Engineering & Heavy Industry).
∎ Able to work under pressure.
∎ Should have good communication skill.
∎ Be fluent in operating MS Project along with AUTO CAD Software.
∎ Should have strong leadership capabilities & team building efficiency.
Salary: Negotiable
