Educational Requirements:
∎ B.Sc. in Mechanical Engineering/ Diploma in Mechanical Engineering.

Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 1 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Responsible for running smooth and efficient plant operation.
∎ Meet production requirement including trouble shooting;
∎ Ensuring final production plan in close cooperation with Shift Supervisors/Shift In charges.
∎ Follow Operational Policies and procedures to ensure safety and security in plant including factory employees.
∎ Make clear communication with shift supervisor(s), production manager(s) and plant manager(s) about issues and plant performance.
∎ Help to minimize or prevent injuries, property losses,and environmental damage.
∎ Perform proper shift hand over.
∎ Follow-up proper plant housekeeping both indoor and outdoor.
∎ Should be familiar with international policy standards. i.g HACCP (Hazard Analysis and Critical Control Points), Occupational Health and Safety Assessment Series(OHSAS 18001),for environmental protection (ISO 14001) and quality (ISO 9001)
∎ Any other works assigned by the management

∎ Ability of hazards identification and risk management.
∎ Positive approach to critical situation handling.
∎ Technical know how.
∎ Employee management skill.
∎ Sound interpersonal skill.
∎ Candidate having experiences as plant operator (Production) in production plant of commodity products i.e, Vegetable oil/Edible Oil,Solvent plant,Flour/Rice mills etc. are encouraged to apply.
