Responsibilities & Context:
∎ 1. Production Management
∎ Production Planning: Develop monthly and weekly production schedules, managing production volumes and deadlines.
∎ Raw Material Management: Oversee the receiving, storage, and usage of raw materials, maintaining appropriate inventory levels.
∎ Monitoring Production Lines: Continuously monitor the performance of each production line to maximize efficiency.
∎ Equipment Maintenance: Perform regular maintenance and address unexpected breakdowns to ensure stable operation of production lines.
∎ 2. Labor Management
∎ Work Environment Management: Ensure a safe and healthy working environment for employees.
∎ Recruitment and Training: Recruit suitable personnel and provide continuous training to improve skills.
∎ Working Hours Management: Properly manage working hours to prevent overwork and comply with labor laws.
∎ 3. Cost Management
∎ Cost Reduction: Implement initiatives to reduce production and operating costs.
∎ Budget Management: Create an annual budget and ensure operations remain within budget.
∎ Expense Management: Manage daily expenses to minimize unnecessary
∎ 4. Safety Management
∎ Hygiene Management: Enforce strict hygiene standards in the manufacturing area, complying with food safety regulations.
∎ Safety Measures: Implement accident prevention measures to ensure the safety of employees.
∎ Emergency Response Planning: Develop and practice emergency response plans for disasters or accidents.
∎ 5. Environmental Management
∎ Compliance with Environmental Regulations: Adhere to environmental regulations regarding waste disposal and wastewater management.
∎ Reducing Environmental Impact: Promote energy efficiency and recycling to minimize environmental impact.
∎ 6. Communication Management
∎ Internal Communication: Foster smooth communication between departments and among employees to enhance teamwork.
