Educational Requirements:
∎ The candidate should have a B.Sc. in Dairy Science/Animal Husbandry from any government-approved institute with a minimum GPA or CGPA of 2.50 or 2nd division/class or equivalent result in all academic examinations.
Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 3 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
Dairy
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Ensure hygienically sound raw liquid milk collection, reservation, ingredients, QC, packing material & Operation of Mozzarella Cheese production;
∎ Ensure regular payment to milk suppliers/farmers/goala as per company policy & keep a record;
∎ Collect information like day basis total received milk, reaching the desired volume of milk procurement within the specified duration, production of Cheese & Ghee, Cash flow & also maintain hard & soft copy as register;
∎ Prepare monthly report of Cheese & Ghee production, Product sending statement, Cheese costing tracker, payment history, closing & stock report, cash balance;
∎ Prepare milk suppliers/farmers/goala bill sheet, Payment/Cheque requisition to Head office, etc.
∎ Maintain the Logbook of cold room & also supervise all electronic equipment, Fridge, Gas Cylinder, Vacuum packing machine, etc.
∎ Lead and supervise the supporting staff on planning, implementation, monitoring & evaluation of the ongoing activities to ensure proper effectiveness;
∎ Running the factory in compliance with the regulatory requirements & control;
∎ Understanding & knowledge of customer demand;
∎ To enhance dairy farming activities using the latest technology and management regarding small-scale dairy farming, area-wise Chiller Plant plan for good quality milk;
∎ Attend regular farmer's meetings, Identification of farmer's problems, and provide necessary suggestions;
∎ Implementation & maintaining SOP;
∎ Maintain factory-related different work like Tax, License, production personnel health certificate, Electricity & Gas bill, etc.
∎ Milk-based new product development plan & implementation;
∎ Cost management, ROI calculation for the plant;
∎ Ensure logistical support during organization responses to any sort of crisis;
∎ Participation in the decision-making activities of the organization;
∎ Supervise the Guest house of Naicol Cheese unit;
∎ Chalking out plans for allied products commercially to be profitable;
∎ Develop a close relationship with different valuable and respectable corporate bodies, suppliers, Govt. officials, etc.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Advance knowledge about Milk, Fat, SNF, Lactose;
∎ Must have strong knowledge of milk quality and procurement system;
∎ Must have the ability to take on new challenges;
∎ Must have the skill of multitasking;
∎ Advance knowledge about Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, OneDrive);
∎ Administrative skills, Time Management, Task prioritization skills & Negotiation skills;
∎ Organizational & Communication skills;
∎ Report generating, Presentation & Analytical skills;
∎ Budget & Cost analysis skills;
∎ Accuracy & Attention to details;
∎ Supply & inventory maintenance skills;
∎ Coordination with team, Fast-paced environment, Work under pressure.
