Educational Requirements:
∎ BSc. / BEgn. in Textile or MBA/Master of Science (MSc) from any recognized university.

Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 12 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Planning, Solid dyeing
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Textile

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Monitors machine utilization and production plan on the basis of order, floor capacity, and time schedule, work load as per monthly target.
∎ Carries out assigned responsibilities for developing, directing and coordinating planning activities that support the production process.
∎ Coordinates with solid dyeing planning for achieving on time delivery.
∎ Prepares report on production, maintenance, quality, consumption, stock as assigned.
∎ Distribute production planning to all related production staffs and meeting to implement the planning properly.
∎ Work with account holder, production team and Quality team to ensure QC file as per production lead time and monitor trims-accessories and fabrics in-house status.
∎ Prepare Time and Action Plan
∎ Prepare daily, monthly production MIS & efficiency report, machine break down report etc.
∎ Bring sustainable efficiency improvements by identifying the bottlenecks and ensuring elimination of it.
∎ Find the bottle neck point and resolve the issue.
∎ Follow up hourly production.
∎ Calculation of Non-productive time.
∎ Prepare daily production reporting.
∎ Calculate Efficiency and Productivity.
∎ Any other responsibility as assigned by the management.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 30 to 45 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ In-depth knowledge of dyeing & finishing.
∎ Candidate Must be competent and confidence in work
∎ Must be able to work independently and take certain decision
∎ Must have experience to work with major buyers
