Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Capacity Monitor·
∎ Materials Arrangement and loading balancing Strategic micro planning by floor wise.
∎ Materials checking for coming week loading.
∎ Daily production achievement monitor.
∎ Prepare, communicate & ensure all assigned T & A has been followed to ensure the production schedule.
∎ Follow up cutting & sewing materials from ETD to In House date.
∎ Maintain communication with the Macro planning team for any updated information. Prepare Dummy production plan & update materials ETA as well as production package status based on CPC & PMC team information.
∎ Clear knowledge about upcoming two (02) months order status.
∎ Monthly line performance report·
∎ Monthly consolidation report Etc.
∎ Prepare Monthly cutting loading report as per production plan.
∎ Arrange Samples for coding and review meetings before the 15th of every month and based on this make the plan.
∎ Weekly line performance report·
