∎ Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Textile Technology
Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 10 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Use FastReactPlan software for line planning, capacity utilization, preparing sewing plan and delivery schedule.
∎ Strong Supply chain follow up of planned styles.
∎ Help production team meet PCD by collaborating with merchandising teams to ensure on-time T&A.
∎ To have sound knowledge about RMG processes especially in the Woven category.
∎ Must effectively communicate with the departments of Marketing & Merchandising, production, quality, store, and maintenance for smooth flow of supply chain.
∎ Continuous follow up on production performances and drive towards scheduled shipments and conduct quarter and annual business reviews.
∎ Ensure the accurate & optimal capacity planning, while ensuring cost reduction & increased profitability.
∎ Finalize capacity charts, create the loading, receiving & finishing plans & to manage deviations within the planning process.
∎ Close relationship with operational teams to ensure on time delivery of products & optimal utilization of equipment & manpower.
∎ Strengthen the production team by recruiting right people and giving them right training, fabric inspection, testing pattern making, designing, cutting numbering, fusing, work study, time study, sewing, sample making, pleating, washing, finishing and ironing, packing and dispatching.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 35 to 45 years
∎ At least 10 year(s) experience in any renowned 100% export oriented woven RMG industry as Planning Manager.
∎ The applicant must have at least 3 years of experience in working with Fast React Plan software.
