Additional Requirements:

- 5-7 years of proven experience in Estimation exclusively within the Real Estate sector.
- Strong expertise in BOQ preparation, rate analysis, and project cost estimation.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, MS Excel and Estimation software/tools.
- Excellent communication, reporting, and analytical skills.
Responsibilities & Context:
- Prepare BOQ (Bill of Quantities) and accurate project cost estimation.
- Conduct detailed rate analysis and budgeting for real estate projects.
- Review drawings, specifications, and designs to prepare quantity take-offs.
- Coordinate with suppliers, contractors, and consultants regarding project costs.
- Provide management with reliable cost reports and project financial summaries.
