• Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Mechanical Engineering

• Proficient in AutoCAD, CAESAR II, Navisworks, and 3D modeling tools (e.g., E3D, PDMS).

• Strong knowledge of international piping codes and standards (ASME, API, ANSI, ASTM, etc.).

• Familiarity with EPC project phases: FEED, detailed engineering, procurement, and construction.

• Excellent communication and teamwork skills in multicultural and multi-disciplinary environments.

• Willingness to travel to site or offshore locations as required.

• Review and interpret P&IDs, isometrics, general arrangements, and vendor drawings.

• Supervise fabrication, erection, alignment, and welding of process and utility piping.

• Manage and oversee the installation of: KOD (Knock-Out Drum), Filter Separator, Metering Skid and flow meter assemblies, Tubing systems for instrument air, gas, and impulse lines, Mechanical equipment (pumps, vessels, compressors, etc.)

• Check foundation readiness, manage lifting and rigging, and ensure accurate equipment alignment, grouting, anchoring, and final fit-up.

• Ensure proper routing, support, and testing of tubing and small-bore piping.

• Oversee flange management, hydrotesting, pneumatic testing, system flushing, and leak testing.

• Ensure QA/QC compliance through weld inspections, NDT coordination, and test pack documentation.

• Participate in mechanical completion, pre-commissioning, and punch list closure activities.

• Coordinate with civil, structural, electrical, and instrumentation teams for smooth interface management.

• Code and Standard Compliance: ASME B31.3 – Process Piping, ASME Section VIII – Pressure Vessels, API Standards (as applicable to vessels, filters, and skids), Project-specific engineering and safety specifications.

• Maintain adherence to all HSE standards and promote a safe working environment.

• Report daily progress, site challenges, and coordinate resolution with construction leads.
