Proficient in English, both written and spoken, for communication with international teams and stakeholders.
Strong knowledge of ISO 9001:2015, API, ASME, ASTM, and relevant standards.
Relevant certifications in QA/QC or Quality Management (e.g., ISO 9001:2015 Quality management systems).
Strong technical knowledge in mechanical & electrical engineering, with experience in large-scale projects.
Proficient in MS Office, QA/QC software, and internet tools.Energetic, dedicated, and professional with a strong team spirit and leadership qualities.
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.Ability to work under pressure and in a team-oriented environment.
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
Responsibilities & Context: - Develop and implement a project QA/QC plan in accordance with ISO 9001:2015 standards to ensure compliance with specifications and client requirements.
- Ensure all mechanical, electrical, and civil work meets with project-specific standards.
- Establish and maintain quality procedures, ensuring adherence to the quality management system (QMS).
- Conduct internal audits and inspections throughout the project to ensure compliance with quality standards.
- Serve as the primary liaison between project management, contractors, subcontractors, vendors, and clients for QA/QC matters.
- Coordinate and lead regular QA/QC meetings to discuss quality status, non-conformities, corrective actions, and preventive measures.
- Prepare all quality document including procedures and ITPs and ensure all Inspection and Test Plans (ITPs) meet project standards and relevant codes.
- Identify and document non-conformances in project activities, issue NCRs, and coordinate corrective actions to resolve issues.
- Provide regular reports to project management on quality progress, inspections, test results, NCRs, and corrective actions.
- Provide ongoing QA/QC training for project teams and stakeholders on industry standards and best practices.
- Continuously evaluate and improve QA/QC processes based on feedback, audits, and lessons learned.
- Verify that material suppliers meet quality standards, conducting inspections and testing where required.
- Ensure designs and drawings comply with regulatory standards and address discrepancies during design review.
- Carry out any additional responsibilities and tasks related to quality assurance and quality control as assigned by the management.
