Job Responsibilities:
∎ Overall Responsibilities:
∎ Provide physiotherapy sessions to the patient including manual & Instrumental Therapy.
∎ Assist medical team during special camps.
∎ Organize training on physiotherapy for the other medical staff in a regular basis (Paramedic, Health Educator).
∎ Managing patients during screening camp.
∎ Responsible for maintenance of Physiotherapy unit.
∎ Monthly work activities report and send it to Friendship field management and Head Office in charge.
∎ Regular visit field and follow-up the patient's situation.
∎ Assist patients outside of char for better treatment.
∎ Any work assigned as per the advice of higher authority.
∎ Quality Assurances:
∎ Proper Maintenance & Cleanness of instruments and proper maintenance of medicine and equipment
∎ Cleanliness and fumigation unit regularly.
∎ Knowledge about correct aseptic techniques is used at all times during the application of instrumental physiotherapy to patients.
∎ Client care issues:
∎ Need to show empathy to the patient
∎ Need to explain all the procedures and treatment to the patient
∎ Don’t make the waiting time long
∎ Working environment:
∎ The own service area will be his or her own responsibility, everything related to this room will be his or her own duty and accountability to be fulfilled.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 25 to 35 years
∎ Language prophecy must be good in both Bangla and English
∎ Must have to maintain well manner and behavior with the patient
∎ Must have the capacity to work under pressure
