Educational Requirements:
∎ BPT/MPT/Diploma in physiotherapy.
Experience Requirements:
∎ 1 to 3 year(s)
∎ Freshers are also encouraged to apply.
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Need to work in the field to make the villagers the importance of physiotherapy
∎ Cover the Ikarkuri and surrounding villages with his/her own initiative
∎ Making Awareness and importance of the PT campaign
∎ Proper examination of the body region before approaching for therapy
∎ Proper documentation of assessment and progression of the patient.
∎ Ensure safe use of therapeutic techniques and other instruments.
∎ Ensure the machines/Equipment's power supply is switched on and working properly.
∎ Checking indication and contraindication before using any machines to the patients.
∎ Counselling/educate the patient and their family/caregiver to prevent further injury.
∎ Effective communication with other healthcare professionals to provide comprehensive rehabilitation services.
∎ Checking the consultant's prescription summary thoroughly before providing any kind of therapy.
∎ Ensure that incidence or emergency codes are reported immediately and recorded accordingly.
∎ Inform immediately to Consultant physiotherapist in case of any emergency related to patient care and illness.
∎ Review and evaluate patient through tests, movements, and conversation.
∎ Schedule exercises and therapies for patients.
∎ Observe and review patient progress.
∎ Document patient medical progress and treatment; record notes to update medical conditions.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 20 to 40 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Good communication skills
∎ Experience in fieldwork for motivation in physiotherapy
∎ Ability to organize health campaigns with local facilities
∎ Communication with the vendor for any kind of queries regarding equipment
∎ Computer skills, especially Microsoft Office Suite is mandatory
∎ Good interpersonal skills and communication with a wide variety of patients, medical staff, and caregivers, Compassionate and sensitive to patients' needs and concerns
