∎ Proficiency in PHP and Laravel (latest versions)
∎ Good understanding of MySQL, REST APIs, and MVC structure
∎ Experience with Git and deployment tools
∎ Basic knowledge of HTML/CSS/JS
∎ Bonus: Previous work on CRM, ERP, or EdTech systems
∎ Self-motivated, deadline-oriented, and problem-solving mindset

Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Develop, maintain, and improve web applications using Laravel
∎ Build internal tools for student data management, file assessment, and automation
∎ Work closely with frontend, graphics, and counseling teams
∎ Integrate APIs and payment gateways
∎ Ensure secure and scalable code for high-traffic systems
∎ Location: Remote / Dhaka Office (Demra)
