Position: Receptionist

Responsibilities:

  • Handle email correspondence and demonstrate proficient typing skills.
  • Welcome and assist students visiting the office.
  • Monitor and manage the company’s Facebook page, responding to messages promptly.
  • Attend to hotline calls and provide accurate information or assistance.
  • Support general office tasks and maintain a professional and organized front desk environment.
