Visitor & Call Management: Answer, screen, and forward incoming calls/emails to the appropriate departments (e.g., visa processing, counseling).
Information Provision: Provide accurate, basic information in person and over the phone regarding courses, universities, admission procedures, and visa requirements.
Appointment Scheduling: Manage the appointment calendars for educational counselors and consultants to ensure smooth daily operations.
