- Monitor application statuses and maintain effective communication with students.
- Respond to students' inquiries and provide clear guidance and support.
- Demonstrate strong decision-making skills in handling various situations.
- Conduct research to gather relevant information and provide insights.
- Collaborate with the team and contribute to other tasks as required.
