• Lead and oversee daily operations of the company, ensuring efficiency and productivity.
• Manage communication with universities, including negotiation, emails, and meetings.
• Represent the company at international conferences and events to foster partnerships.
• Develop and implement policies and strategies aligned with the company’s goals.
• Supervise the team, ensuring counselors, communication heads, and receptionists meet their objectives.
• Conduct performance evaluations and provide guidance for professional development.
• Address and resolve operational challenges with a solution-oriented approach.
• Maintain strong relationships with clients, stakeholders, and partners.
