Educational Requirements:
∎ A Diploma in Pharmacy (at least 1 year) completed with certification from a valid Institution.
∎ Minimum HSC passed
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Maintain OPD and sale of medicine systematically among the patients, receive cash against each sale and be equipped with amicable disposition towards every client.
∎ Receipt of medicine, maintain pharmacy stock in the software.
∎ Sale of medicine should be made following First in First Out (FIFO) method.
∎ Ensure safety lock of the pharmacy. Open the pharmacy and be ready for daily operations by 8:30 am on
∎ every working day.
∎ Prepare the list of medicines with short expiry date and communicate properly with the Store Officer for
∎ necessary action.
∎ List down short items and prepare requisition for procurement in consultation with Store Officer.
∎ Produce periodical financial report on OPD from quickbook/Easycare HMIS.
∎ Foresee the volume of work in the particular week-days and prepare & submit plan to higher management
∎ for any additional support (man-power).
∎ Exercise utmost stewardship and integrity in terms of financial management, procurement planning and
∎ consider the highest level of organizational benefit.
∎ Take back-up from the system after the business for ensuring data protection if necessary.
∎ Keep the workplace (Pharmacy) clean, disinfected and maintain highest level of hygiene round the year.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Must have a computer knowledge.
∎ Must be willing to attend emergency duty at any time, according to need.

Salary:
∎ Tk. 18000 (Monthly)
∎ Monthly Gross Salary BDT 18,000.00 plus other benefits as per TLMI-B policy.
