Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelor in Pharmacy or Diploma in Pharmacy from IHT.
Experience Requirements:
∎ 3 to 5 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Disburse of right medicines
∎ Keeping patient treatment record
∎ Counseling
∎ Stock management
∎ Reporting
∎ Carry out Behavioral Change Communication
∎ Distribution of right medicine in right quantity and quality to the treated patients as prescribed by the service providers in Floating Hospital
∎ Keeping patients’ treatment record by scanning and taking picture of patients’ card and medicine dispensing.
∎ Counselling and giving basic information about the medicines to the outdoor patients.
∎ Roster duty during SHC in post-operative ward.
∎ Maintaining pharmacy stock register.
∎ Monitor expiry date of medicine and ensure no expiry medicines are dispatch.
∎ Prepare near expiry and expiry report monthly basis.
∎ Requisition of medicine and collecting those from store.
∎ Cleanliness of pharmacy, organizing medicines in the shelf according to their importance.
∎ Reporting daily check and balance to MO.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 25 to 30 years
∎ Patient caring during SHC.
∎ Participation in BCC, Counseling & Health education.
∎ Periodic checking for short dated medicines.
∎ Excellent communication skills and desire to learn.
∎ High commitment & motivation to work in remote places specially in riverine areas
∎ Strong interpersonal skills.
∎ Any work assigned as per order from higher authority.
