Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelor degree in any discipline
∎ Skills Required: agro based farm, Good writing skills, PS
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Be organized.
∎ Keep copies of all correspondence.
∎ Check quorum is met for meetings.
∎ Respect confidentiality.
∎ Work closely with the Managing Director.
∎ Make it easy for others to take over by keeping clear records.
∎ Prepare for meetings well in advance.
∎ Summarize discussions effectively.
∎ Keep people informed.
∎ Ensure accurate minutes of meetings are kept.
∎ Remind all agendas relating to any type of trip, visits, meeting fixation/cancellation, documents preparation/ submission, mail communication and stay with.
∎ Must be present anywhere for all meetings with the Managing Director.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 20 to 30 years
∎ Only females are allowed to apply
∎ Excellent knowledge in English (Speaking & Writing).
∎ Good computer knowledge specially in MS Office.
∎ Working Experience in shall be given preference
Salary: Negotiable
