- Experience in customer service, admin, or branding support is a plus*
- Familiarity with Google Workspace; bonus if you have experience with creativity and social media tools - any creative skills are welcomed
Responsibilities & Context:
Managing schedules, handling communication, organizing events - all while maintaining confidentiality and discretion
Maintain internal documents, follow up on tasks, and support the founder in brand expansion
Greet clients, manage bookings, and handle calls/messages with care
Process sales, maintain inventory, and support daily store operations
