Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Calendar Management: Schedule and prioritize CEO’s meetings, appointments, and travel.
∎ Communication: Manage calls, emails, and internal/external communications for the CEO.
∎ Travel Arrangements: Plan and organize CEO’s domestic and international travel.
∎ Administrative Support: Handle correspondence, files, reports, and presentations.
∎ Meeting Preparation: Prepare materials and agendas for meetings and ensure CEO’s readiness.
∎ Event Coordination: Organize events, conferences, and executive meetings.
∎ Expense & Budget Management: Track and manage CEO-related expenses.
∎ Project Management: Assist in managing projects and ensure deadlines are met.
∎ Relationship Management: Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders.
∎ Confidentiality: Handle sensitive information with discretion.
∎ Problem Solving: Address challenges and provide solutions for the CEO.
