Additional Requirements:
∎ * Minimum 7-10 year(s) experience in KPI, Goal Setting, Overall PMS process, OKR from any FMCG/Retail/Telco industries/Similar Industries
∎ * Proven experience in performance management and OKR implementation within a large organization.
∎ * Proficiency in performance management and OKR tools and software.
∎ * Certification in performance management, OKR methodology, or related frameworks.
Responsibilities & Context:
∎ (We are looking for an agile & dynamic HR professional for the role of “Performance Management Lead” for a reputed FMCG/Retail.)
∎ Job Responsibilities:
∎ · Design and update the competency framework in coordination with the various functions and in line with the company's strategic direction and functional objectives.
∎ · Develop and update the annual appraisal process and guidelines and manage the appraisal process across functions.
∎ · Handle the performance management cycle process from start to end and monitor timely and accurate completion of the appraisals (e.g. forms and templates, communications).
∎ · Work with internal stakeholders across functions to embed a culture of continuous feedback on employee performance.
∎ · Provide support to line managers in applying the Performance Management System.
∎ · Develop tools and support material to help employees and their line managers in their appraisal process.
∎ · Conducting regular performance evaluations of individual employees or groups of employees to measure their progress toward meeting goals and achieving objectives.
∎ · Collect and analyze performance appraisal results across functions.
∎ · Identifying training needs for employees to ensure that they are adequately equipped to perform their jobs effectively
∎ · Design and deliver training on soft skills, leadership skills & courses, workshops and other trainings.
