Educational Requirements:
∎ BBA / MBA in Human Resource Management and/or Post Graduate Diploma in Human Resource Management
Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 2 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Support in Recruitment activities like Shortlisting CVs, Sending Interview calls, Interview Coordination, compilation of scoring and Salary approvals.
∎ Documentation of reference check
∎ Support to ensure BPS
∎ Ensure documentation and prepare reports relating to personnel activities (hiring process/post interview)
∎ Support to prepare personnel file
∎ Check employee documents (as per the P&C Check list)
∎ Staff orientation on all the essential policies and code of conduct
∎ Assisting in providing Salary inputs.
∎ Conduct the interview & ensure all the process are followed as per policy.
∎ Provide logistics and administrative support for the interviews
∎ Collect and document the pre application form
∎ Document the candidate attendance
∎ Correspondence and communicate with relevant stakeholders
∎ Ensure logistic supports to recruitment and hiring process
∎ Documentation of reference check
∎ Support to ensure BPS
∎ Correspondence and communicate with relevant stakeholders
∎ Support to coordinate P&C/organizational events (meetings, training, workshop, special day observation etc.)

∎ Must be willing and able to travel nationally and internationally
