Educational Requirements:
∎ [Essential] Bachelor degree qualification and/or professional qualification in HR or related field.
∎ [Desirable] Essential Bachelor/Master degree qualification and/or professional qualification in Computer Science or related field.
∎ Skills Required: good communication skill, Graphic Design, Multitasking, Time Management

Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 2 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Core HR Knowledge, Data Entry, HRIS/ HR Database Management, MS Word/ Excel/ PowerPoint/ OneNote, Working under pressure
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): NGO

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Data Management – Response queries to stakeholders; Manage and support the Integrated Service unit functions such as: HRIS, Personnel Filing, documentation both hard & Soft copy in system, employee ID Card etc.
∎ Management of HRIS Database.
∎ Conduct and ensure electronic documentation through FAS.
∎ Ensure the whole integrated process of Issuing ID Card with door access, Proximity analysis.
∎ Maintain & update the staff information in HRIS.
∎ Documentation (Personal Filing) - Hard Copy Documents.
∎ Issue Employee ID Card and Proximity analysis.
∎ Provide ground support services to other P&C Units and stakeholders as required.
∎ Any other job assigned by Supervisor.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Understand WV operation at program level.
∎ Understand the vision, mission of World Vision.
∎ Understand the Humanitarian industry.
∎ Coordination, negotiation, communication skills.
∎ At least 2 years work experience in HR Services, recruitment or related fields, in a complex, international organization preferably in NGO context.
∎ Proven experience as a team player.
∎ Competent in the use of Microsoft Office computer programs including Word, Excel, PowerPoint.
∎ Good command in English.
∎ Must be able to do multiple tasks and willingness to travel nationally when required.
