Job Responsibilities:
∎ To prepare daily attendance report,
∎ Update the employee attendance from in the software regularly.
∎ Maintain shifting system attendance, ensure daily & monthly attendance for all employees.
∎ Generate salary sheet, Pay Slip, etc. From software.
∎ Prepare various types of payment sheets (final settlement, maternity benefit,
∎ earn leave encashment bill, festival bonus bill etc.)
∎ Assist in Disbursement of salary in cash to workers & staff if and when required.
∎ Prepare and update yearly increment salary adjustment and individual salary
∎ statement.
∎ Prepare various report like Resign, leafy, new join, etc.
∎ Any HR & Payroll task provide by the management.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 24 to 32 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ No need to apply fresher or non-technical or non-experience in payroll management system.
∎ The ideal candidate should have excellent leadership quality.
∎ Adaptable, pro-active, innovative and must be able to work under pressure independently.
∎ Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
∎ Should have excellent people management skills.
∎ Should have ability to correspond accurately.
Salary: Tk. 16000 - 20000 (Monthly)
