Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelor degree in any discipline
∎ No 3rd division (below 2.50) is allowed.
∎ Candidate must be from a UGC-approved university.
∎ Skills Required: Ability to Work Under Pressure, Analytical and problem solving skills

Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 6 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Processing, maintaining and updating Employees Salary, Bonus, Allowances, Incentives, Commission and other benefits.
∎ Maintaining payroll system by designing, calculating and processing of data.
∎ Implementation, calculation and upgrading current Tax implications in relation to benefits and pay.
∎ Reporting to NBR under section 50, section 108 and section 108 (A).
∎ Plan, design and evaluate and modify benefits policies, processes, and practices to ensure that programs are current, competitive, and in compliance with legal requirements.
∎ Monitor salary structure and benefits, balance cost control in line with best compensation and benefits practices in the banking Industry.
∎ Compile statistical reports concerning personnel-related data, which also fulfill reporting requirements of relevant government rules and regulations.
∎ Assist to conduct annual salary and benefits survey.
∎ Develop, analyze and update HR annual budget.
∎ Having sound and update knowledge about Bangladesh Labour Law, NBR Regulations and Income Tax Ordinance.
∎ Issuance of Individual Tax Card, Calculating and publishing Investment Requirements along with updating AIT and individual Tax Rebate issues.
∎ Assisting in merit matrix, broad-banding and other fringe benefits.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at least 18 years
∎ Minimum 3 years of work experience in Payroll & Compensation.
∎ Proficiency in MS Office applications, especially advanced level in MS Excel is a must.
∎ Comprehensive Knowledge of Income Tax and Bangladesh Labor Law.
∎ Professional Certification in HR/ Compensation will be considered as added advantage.
