Job Responsibilities:
∎ MCP- Able to prepare manufacturing control Plan;
∎ Final Inspection capability;
∎ TPR/ Pre-production;
∎ Review all the technical document collected from related merchandiser;
∎ Attend the PP meeting (Internal / Buyer PSQA).Discuss about potential issue with the style & contribute for the appropriate solution;
∎ Follow up and co-ordinate size set approval to buyer QA for bulk production;
∎ During production- Verify first output pcs with approved sample and file;
∎ Follow up the Quality of product during the production;
∎ Inline & Pre- Final Inspection;
∎ Conduct the Inline & Pre-Final Inspection as per buyer system;
∎ Follow up the corrective action if any based on the finding of the Inline & Pre-Final Inspection;
∎ Buyer Inline & Pre-Final Inspection co-ordination;
∎ Co-ordinate the buyer Inline & Final Inspection with related functions;
∎ Follow up appropriate corrective actions as results of the finding of buyer visit inspections;
∎ Update the inspection performance statistics to management;
∎ Follow up the points of the quality from In house to ship out for the designated customer;
∎ Should be capable enough to understand buyer's comments on all samples;
∎ Receives sample requisitions from merchandisers and prepares sample development based on submission date;
∎ Email Corresponding with Buyer & Merchandising;
∎ Perform any other task as & when assigned by top management;
∎ Ability to do the defects trend analysis.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at least 21 years
∎ At least 3-5 years' experience in TARGET USA buyer handling;
∎ Strong analytical and problem solving skills;
∎ Good in IQ and capable to work under pressure;
∎ Good computer operating skill:
∎ Microsoft Windows (98, XP, Windows 10);
∎ Office Packages: Microsoft Word, Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint Presentation;
∎ Online based correspondence (E mail & Browsing);
∎ Good communication skill both in English and Bangla.
