∎ Extensive experience in pattern Making in any reputed woven Factory.
∎ Good communication in English.
∎ Able to work under pressure.
∎ Proper Knowledge about Garments Sewing, measurement, construction, shrinkage adjustment and fitting.

Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Prepare the sample pattern according to the measurement, good fitting balance, and necessary shrinkage.
∎ Prepare the graded pattern for production.
∎ Coordinate with sample sewing section if any requirements in a timely manner.
∎ Coordinate with the merchandising department for pattern and fabric consumption issues.
