Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Fashion Designing, Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Textile Technology
∎ Graduate from Textile Institute/ BUFT/ BIFDT
∎ Textile Degree or Fashion Design Degree is must.
∎ Diploma In CAD
Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 10 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Must have practical experience and knowledge in using CAD software (Optitex) in garments pattern and marker making for Pant, Shirts & Jacket.
∎ Should able to prepare, develop Pattern independently.
∎ Must know 100% accurate pattern grading and correction as per production report.
∎ Must know how to draw, plot accurately and correctly in order to avoid error and save fabrics consumption.
∎ Verify & check patterns, buyer comments to ensure the accuracy of the measurements of garments.
∎ Communicate with product development team to make the product feasible for production and at the same time meeting customers' demand.
∎ Arrange style wise pattern designing and pattern grading to ensure zero error cutting.
∎ Ensure cost reduction by achieving optimum efficiency of CAD and making 100% accurate markers.
∎ Provide technical advice and support to merchandisers and production team.
∎ Work on marking and cutting marker as per buyer requirements.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 25 to 40 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Cad Pattern Master, Pattern Designing, Pattern Maker
∎ The applicants should have experience in the garments area.
∎ The candidate must have experienced measuring, cutting, and designing patterns in the material required;
∎ Must be experienced Making Pattern through Optitex Software.
∎ Previous experience as a Pattern Maker.
