∎ Age 35 to 45 years
∎ Good communication skill in English and email correspondence .
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):Garments pattern & Technical.
∎ Must have vast knowledge on padding, wellon & non padding jacket.
∎ Pattern working knowledge and marker (soft & hard)
∎ Able to handle paper pattern and adjustment – consumption Technical Knowledge about garment for quality improvement and technical support.
Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Control quality team for maintain quality.
∎ Analysis the production technical issue & provide technical support and quality-related issues.
∎ Handle style pre-production processes from final sample approval.
∎ Cross-checking line layout & operation breakdown before line start with production team for required technical operation allocation.
∎ Address all risk operations and areas on PP meeting for required preparations.
∎ Evaluate the sampling for the production, identify any difficulties that may arise during the pre-production and estimate the efficiency of production.
∎ Having technical knowledge’s of garment making sample garments in realistic and functional way.
∎ Understanding of manufacturing process and experience in the use of industrial equipment. Identifying and applying the most suitable processes to solve manufacturing problems. Communicating with merchandiser and production personnel.
∎ Maintaining records of pattern sets.
∎ Monitor and mange a sample room of sewing workers, garment technicians to ensure all samples are made under customers’ requirements and meet the schedule.
∎ Responsible to evaluate and approve all samples from development, fitting, adjustment and approval.
