Responsibilities & Context:
The duties and responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
- Maintain highest standards of hygiene and sanitation in the pastry kitchen
- Ensures that all food items are prepared as per standard recipe whilst maintaining portion control and minimizing wastage
- Guarantees consistency in quality, presentation and taste
- Pastry menu engineering Training of the other pastry staff members
- Coordinates with Executive Chef and F&B Manager to organize AEEA events and food festivals
- Perform other reasonable job duties as instructed by his superiors
