Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Plan, launch, and manage paid ad campaigns across Google Ads, Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, and other platforms.
∎ Analyze Google Analytics and e-commerce data to optimize performance and improve conversion rates.
∎ Develop compelling ad copy and creatives tailored for different target audiences.
∎ Manage advertising budgets effectively to maximize ROAS and achieve business objectives.
∎ Stay updated on industry trends, platform algorithms, and best practices to refine strategies.
∎ Provide data-driven reports, highlighting key insights, campaign performance, and optimization opportunities.
∎ Ensure all campaigns comply with platform policies and industry standards.
∎ Collaborate with internal teams to align paid media efforts with broader marketing goals.
∎ 5+ years of experience managing PPC and paid social campaigns is preferred. Candidates with less experience are encouraged to apply as well.
∎ Proven experience managing large advertising budgets with a strong track record of success.
∎ Expertise in Google Ads (Search, Display, Shopping) and paid social platforms (Meta, TikTok).
∎ Strong analytical skills with experience using Google Analytics and tracking tools.
∎ Ability to create high-performing ad copy and visuals that drive engagement and conversions.
∎ A strategic mindset with a data-driven approach to paid advertising.
∎ Up-to-date knowledge of advertising algorithms, automation tools, and industry best practices.
