Experience:

• At least 5 years

• Experience with Cloudiness Industrial ERP system and planning software a plus.

• Strong verbal and written communication skills.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

• Proficient to advanced Microsoft Excel skills; Microsoft Access skills a plus.

• Experience in a medical device or in a pharmaceutical production area.

• Solid leadership experience resulting in sound functional understanding of pharmaceutical packaging processes.

• Candidate must have experience in packing in charge position, minimum 5 years.

• Monitoring packing operations to ensure correct quality standards.

• Maintain the packing plan and all packing records.

• Ensure that the packing material is ready and available as per the production plan.

• Deployment of manpower as per packing target.

• Ensure that the packed material has zero defects.

• Ensure daily packing target and achieve this through proper supervision.

• Optimum use of packing with minimum waste.

• Ensure that the finished product is well packed, labelled and delivered according to the delivery time.

• Coordinate with the production and R&D study reports in each of the quality aspects.

• Maintaining hygiene systems and minimizing non-usable waste.

• Monitor the weight of dispatch material in the vehicle.

• Ensure that all packing-related activity is on time and cost-efficient.
