∎ Experience with Cloudiness Industrial ERP system and planning software a plus.
∎ Strong verbal and written communication skills.
∎ Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
∎ Proficient to advanced Microsoft Excel skills; Microsoft Access skills a plus.
∎ Experience in a medical device or in a pharmaceutical production area.
∎ Solid leadership experience resulting in sound functional understanding of pharmaceutical packaging processes.
∎ Candidate must have experience in packing in charge position, minimum 5 years.

Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Monitoring packing operations to ensure correct quality standards.
∎ Maintain the packing plan and all packing records.
∎ Ensure that the packing material is ready and available as per the production plan.
∎ Deployment of manpower as per packing target.
∎ Ensure that the packed material has zero defects.
∎ Ensure daily packing target and achieve this through proper supervision.
∎ Optimum use of packing with minimum waste.
∎ Ensure that the finished product is well packed, labelled and delivered according to the delivery time.
∎ Coordinate with the production and R&D study reports in each of the quality aspects.
∎ Maintaining hygiene systems and minimizing non-usable waste.
∎ Monitor the weight of dispatch material in the vehicle.
∎ Ensure that all packing-related activity is on time and cost-efficient.
