Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelors/Masters in any preferable subject.

Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 2 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Provides overall supervision of community-based activities in his/her catchment area.
∎ Ensures high quality and timely implementation of community-based activities by the CHWs in his/her catchment area.
∎ Maps the location of all CHWs in the catchment area and maintains a register to track those who have received training.
∎ Establishes a monthly work plan and calendar of supervision activities and shares it with health facilities and the CHWs in his/her catchment area
∎ Builds and ensures strong partnership with health facilities in his/her catchment area.
∎ During supervisory visits, evaluates CHWs' performance, provides feedback, and agrees on recommendations to solve problems and improve CHW performance.
∎ Builds and maintains strong cooperation with WDCs to keep them informed and actively involved in community health activities. · Submits monthly reports to respective supervisors, consolidating information from the monthly activity report compiled by all CHWs under his/her supervision.
∎ Ensures safe and accurate use/storage of working kits/tools provided.
∎ The supervisor must adapt his or her schedule to the work plan of each CHW so that the supervisor can attend support groups, home visits, etc.
∎ Strictly adhere to the Friendship code of conduct and standard · Perform any other duties assigned by the Supervisor.
∎ Ensure proper infection prevention practices including housekeeping · Prepare monthly report
∎ Attend all relevant meetings/workshops/training
∎ Actively take part in mentoring activities organized by Friendship · Excellent Communication skills
∎ Act always in accordance with the Code of Conduct.
∎ Honest and high level of integrity
∎ Any other jobs assigned by the supervisor

Additional Requirements:
∎ Minimum of 2 years of working experience in the relevant project. Applicants who have working experience in Rohingya Camp will be given preference
∎ Excellent communication skill.
∎ Excellent computer skills.
∎ Excellent in English language skills.
∎ Highly committed & motivated to work in remote places.

Salary: Negotiable
